This has been the season of engagment sessions. I met with Chelsea and Matt downtown and basically kidnapped them and took them on a tour of locations. They were great and went along with everything that Paul Shepherd (one of my favorite partners) and I asked of them. We did get ice cream as a treat between venues. These images are just a few of the many great shots we got of the evening.

Natalie and Nick in St. Louis
This is the famous arch of St. Louis. This was our last stop of the day and met with the challenge of finding parking since the St. Louis Cardinals had a game that evening. But we persevered and got some great shots. Talk about having to use a wide angle lens...the arch is enormous.
This structure is called the Jewel Box and was built for the World's Fair at the turn of the 20th century. It is an amazing arboretum and grounds.
The structure below is the art museum.
After their wedding in June Natalie and Nick will be living in St. Louis so it seemed appropriate (and a lot of fun) to shoot their engagement session there. They picked some of the major architectural attractions for their venues. Of course this was thrilling and challenging for me since I wasn't familiar with what they had to offer.
